Ms. Amy L. Djangali

Ms. Djangali (M.S., Family Studies, University of Maryland – College Park) has over 10 years of academic and professional experience in the field of research.  Ms. Djangali is experienced in program evaluation, questionnaire design and survey protocols, conducting site visits, structured interviews, and focus group facilitation and call center management.

Ms. Djangali’s recent experience has centered on issues of survey methodology and questionnaire design.  While with IMPAQ, she has managed several large-scale survey projects and is the current Project Manager for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Fee-for-Service Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Survey.  Ms. Djangali recently served as the Project Manager for CMS’ Part C and D Complaints Resolution Performance Measure which included a large scale multi-mode survey of Medicare beneficiaries.  Ms. Djangali was also the Project Manager for IMPAQ’s work with the nonprofit group Research for Action.     

Prior to joining IMPAQ, Ms. Djangali served as Director of Survey Research Services at REDA International, Inc.  While with REDA, Ms. Djangali managed several surveys and served as Project Manager for program evaluation projects including the Maryland State Department of Education’s (MSDE) External Evaluation of the Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs - GEAR UP II and the U.S. Department of Education’s Evaluation of the Improving Literacy Through School Libraries Program.
