Ms. Camellia Bollino Doyle

Ms. Camellia Bollino Doyle is a Research Associate at IMPAQ International with more than 10 years of experience developing research designs for qualitative and quantitative projects for both public and private sector health research and policy projects. 


Ms. Bollino Doyle has extensive experience designing qualitative research projects, collecting quantitative and qualitative data using various research methods, and analyzing qualitative data and health policy. Ms. Bollino Doyle specializes in formative research using interviewing methods and focus groups techniques. She is trained in in survey design, evaluation, and data analysis. Ms. Bollino Doyle has expertise evaluating care coordination models, Accountable Care Organizations (ACO), and patient-centered medical homes. She develops profiles for audience segmentation, creates screening and moderator guides, moderates focus groups, conducts one-on-one interviews, designs and conducts cognitive interviews, and performs data analysis. ​


Ms. Bollino Doyle has worked with numerous federal agencies including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), the Social Security Administration (SSA), the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

Prior Experience

Prior to joining IMPAQ, Ms. Bollino Doyle was a Research Associate at Westat. While there, she served as task lead on several patient-centered medical home evaluation projects. Ms. Bollino Doyle was involved in the development of a primary care provider survey. She conducted cognitive interviews with providers to test the usability of the questions and recommend survey revisions. In addition, she conducted case studies of selected primary care practices involved in the patient-centered medical home program.


Ms. Bollino Doyle earned her MPA from the University of Baltimore.
