Ms. Xiaowen Liu is a Programmer Analyst in IMPAQ Health with more than five years of experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis on health care data.
Ms. Liu has experience with supporting Qualified Health Plans (QHPs) certification under the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) contract. She also conducts analyses to determine the completeness and accuracy of data on the healthcare.gov Plan Finder website. Under the Quality Payment Program (QPP) Cost Scoring project, Ms. Liu worked with the data scientist team and supported engineers to implement quality and cost measures using the Medicare claims in the Integrated Data Repository. She is proficient in SAS.
Ms. Liu has worked on projects for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Prior to joining IMPAQ, Ms. Liu was a Research Assistant at the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC), working on a project sponsored by National Institute of Health.
Ms. Liu earned her M.S. in statistics from the George Washington University and her B.S. in applied mathematics from Lanzhou University.
