Where are your offices?

In addition to our headquarters in Columbia, MD, we have offices in Washington, DC, Seattle, WA, and Oakland, CA. Learn more about each of our offices. 

Is there parking?

Columbia office – Free parking is available in the parking garage located directly in front of our building. If the garage is full, you are free to park across the street at the Columbia Mall.

DC office – The MAPS parking garage in our DC office is accessible from K Street. You will have to pay for parking if there aren’t any parking permits available. IMPAQ also offers a Metro/Parking benefit program for staff. IMPAQ reimburses staff for ½ of their monthly transit or parking expense up to the IRS maximum allowed amount.

Oakland office – On-site paid parking is available at Oakland City Center Parking Garage. The parking entrance is located beneath City Center, accessible via the entrance on 14th Street between 1300 Clay Street and the 505 14th Street building. The office is also accessible by bus and Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART). The 12th Street/City Center BART is less than a block away from our office.

What is the dress code?

IMPAQ staff are expected to be neat, well-groomed, and suitably dressed for work in the office. IMPAQ’s office dress code is normally business to business-casual. Staff are expected to dress in business attire when meeting with clients.

I just applied for an open position. What are the next steps?

Our recruiters check online applications submissions daily. As they receive submissions, they contact qualified candidates for phone interviews. Candidates who have a successful phone interview are then asked to participate in an in-person interview.
