Dr. Sonam Gupta
Dr. Mithuna Srinivasan

On Friday, March 17 Senior Research Associate Dr. Sonam Gupta and Research Associate Dr. Mithuna Srinivasan will present “A Benefit-Cost Analysis of a Workforce Development Program for Disconnected Youth” from 9:00 – 10:30 AM in Room D.

Dr. Sonam Gupta is an applied economist with expertise in applied econometrics, labor economics, and program evaluation methods. She has significant experience in conducting randomized control trials, employing diverse advanced econometric techniques for data analysis, and managing large databases.

Dr. Mithuna Srinivasan specializes in labor economics, applied econometrics, and household behavior and family economics. She is experienced in analyzing large household-level data from various cohorts of the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth, as well as analyzing other databases such as the U.S. Census and American Community Survey.
