IMPAQ provided cost-effective and efficient conference-related support and logistical services to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Adolescent Health (OAH) for multiple meetings and conferences. These include the: Teenage Pregnancy Prevention Project Directors Training, Pregnancy Assistance Fund (PAF) Grantee Conference, PAF Project Directors Training, and Regional Grantee Meetings.
We worked closely with OAH and their partners, Child Trends and Engender Health, who planned the content for these events. Our mixed-methods approach provided thought-provoking and interesting programs for all attendees.
We have more than 24 years of Federal conference planning experience. Our work with other offices under HHS and with grants and grant management positioned us well for this work, and our work for the Children’s Bureau’s 20th National Conference on Child Abuse and Neglect alongside the National Child Abuse and Neglect Technical Assistance and Strategic Dissemination Center showcased how we work with a technical assistance provider to produce a successful conference.
Our team included a project director, conference manager, conference planners, graphic artist, and editor with decades of combined experience successfully supporting HHS events and activities, both in person and virtually.
