IMPAQ and its partners, the Institute for Women’s Policy Research and the National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity, identified, implemented, and evaluated promising strategies designed to increase the employment of women in occupations where females are traditionally under-represented. The goal of this intervention was to provide low- and medium-skilled women with exposure to the critical benefits of jobs in high-demand, high-growth sectors through brochures, posters, emails, text messages, websites, and social media content.
We used a mixed-methods approach to evaluate the ability, impact, and sustainability of these targeted, behavioral interventions to meet this goal. This project highlighted our expertise in a number of areas, including:
