IMPAQ designed a survey instrument and sample design plan for the National Women’s Business Council (NWBC). This survey was administered to women-owned and women-led businesses nationally. IMPAQ also tested the survey before finalizing it and submitting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) package for approvals.
